Return Policy

 

All orders are Digitally Printed On Demand. This means that we do not carry any inventory and all products are produced when ordered.

We will replace any product deemed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect as a direct result of printing, production, or the manufacturer.  This includes

  • Printing errors
    • Pretreat stains, dye migration, smudges, rips/tears
    • Low quality/blurry prints due to print error
  • Production errors
    • Incorrect design, size, product, color
    • Insufficiently cured or heat-pressed garments
  • Manufacturing defects
    • Tears, fabric flaws, stitching issues, damaged components

If your item does not fit or you just don't love it, we will be happy to assist you with the return of your item within 10 days of delivery. 

Items can be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee or your item can be returned for a store credit in the full amount of your purchase (minus shipping) to be put towards a different item/size. 

Please fill out our return form by clicking HERE and place it in your package before shipping your return. Once your return is received, your return will be processed within 3 business days. 

We recommend mailing your package via a method that includes insurance and a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

We inspect all items before they are shipped but sometimes mistakes are made (we are only human). If you receive and item that is damaged, you must notify us within 3 days after receiving your purchase. Please email us at Sales@oldredoutfitters.com with a picture of the defect and your name/order number and we will get you taken care of.

Cancellations:

Our products are produced on demand meaning that once you place your order, we order your product for printing/embroidery. As a result, if you need to cancel your order we will hold a 20% restocking fee.
